As an Early Childhood Educator at our Centre, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning environments that foster children's curiosity, creativity, and sense of belonging.

We are a family-owned and operated early learning provider with multiple centres across Melbourne. Our beautiful learning spaces are designed to stimulate children's creativity, imagination, and sense of belonging.

Our philosophy is guided by the Reggio Emilia approach, which emphasizes child-led learning and community engagement. We believe in nurturing children's natural curiosity and encouraging them to explore and learn at their own pace.

Key Responsibilities
  • To design and implement engaging learning programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • To establish strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • To work collaboratively with the teaching team to plan and deliver high-quality education and care programs.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification.
  • VIT registration (full or provisional).
  • Experience working with young children in an early childhood setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
