Teaching Assistant Role

This position is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic about working with young children and has flexibility in their schedule. As a teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across various locations within a reputable early learning organization.

About the Position
  • Contribute actively to the education program in the team.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times.
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, colleagues, and family members.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A Diploma Qualified Educator - Teaching Assistant Position.
  • An ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
  • A Current Working with Children Check.
  • Flexibility to work between Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 6:00pm.
