The Role
  • We assess and provide interventions for children & adults living with various disabilities, working within the NDIS framework.
  • We help maximize clients' level of function, capacity & social engagement, leveraging assistive technology where possible.
  • Assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications are part of our responsibilities.
  • Timely documentation and report writing are essential skills required for this role.
  • A varied caseload is managed, meeting company expectations for billables and client management.
  • We build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources.
  • Working across leading software platforms and online tools is an integral part of our daily tasks.

  • You will have weekly 1:1 supervision with your supervisor.
  • Core competency skills training sessions are provided.
  • Fortnightly group mentoring sessions offer valuable support.
  • Mental health drop-in sessions are available.
  • Internal professional development sessions enhance your skills.
  • Shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians provide a unique learning experience.
  • You can learn from and be supported by senior clinicians within multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
  • You must hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Discipline-specific professional registration is required.
  • A Working With Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check are necessary.
  • A Police Check and International Police Check may be required depending on your background.
  • A drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
  • Car insurance and Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance are also required.
