About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Proactive Services team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our stores, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, as well as emptying bins and collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, and emptying bins.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Help our customers in store by answering questions or providing directions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Physical fitness to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
