Job Requirements
This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, as well as experience in program management in mission critical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Key Skills
- Experience in reading and interpreting construction related drawings for all disciplines.
- Experience in carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment/mass production.
- Previous vendor and contractor/subcontractor negotiation and management skills associated with construction and project execution.
- Experience of full project life cycle from concept to completion.
- Prior experience working with Construction companies.
