Your Role:

As a Floor Manager, you will act as the Senior Beauty Advisor, collaborating with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team in a vibrant retail atmosphere, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting an example for your team by delivering an outstanding Sephora experience to customers, embodying our brand values.
  • Fostering a culture of sales excellence to surpass KPIs while enhancing team performance through effective coaching and development.
  • Analyzing operational data to inform decisions, working closely with management and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Encouraging open dialogue within your team by providing constructive feedback and maintaining consistent communication with management.
  • Acting as the point of contact for client and team member inquiries during your shifts, confidently making decisions to enhance store operations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Available to work a 38-hour rotating roster to meet store demands.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys engaging with customers and motivating team members on the sales floor.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the store reflects our brand ethos.
