Responsibilities of the Lead Minister
We are seeking a Lead Minister who is enthusiastic about collaborating with the church leadership to provide both strategic direction and spiritual guidance. This role involves overseeing various church ministries, offering pastoral care to the congregation and community members, coordinating worship services with a focus on preaching, and encouraging evangelistic efforts within the church.

Key Responsibilities Include:


• Leadership and strategic planning for ministry teams, including developing future leaders.

• Supervision and enhancement of church ministries.

• Providing compassionate pastoral care to church members.

• Organizing weekly worship services.

• Overseeing teaching and preaching initiatives within the church.

• Empowering church members to effectively share their faith with others.

Ideal Candidate Profile:


• A deep and ongoing personal relationship with Christ, relying on His guidance.

• Alignment with the vision, values, and mission of our church.

• Strong communication skills, demonstrating love and respect for the congregation and its history.

• Highly organized with excellent relational and strategic planning abilities.

• Proven experience in effective contemporary ministry and community outreach.

• Awareness of personal strengths and the ability to leverage the strengths of others.

• Relevant theological education and familiarity with the ethos of Churches of Christ.

• Eligibility to live and work in the country.

• Possession of a valid driving license.

The successful candidate will need to obtain necessary clearances and adhere to the established code of conduct for ministry.

Employment Conditions:


• This position can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible arrangements and negotiable salary based on the church's recommendations.
