Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our clients' properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in property management, preferably with a focus on luxury residential or commercial properties. You will be required to work closely with tenants and landlords, conduct regular inspections, and oversee repairs and maintenance as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day property operations, including rent collection, tenant relations, and lease renewals
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure properties are being managed in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Overseeing maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and suppliers as necessary

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with landlords, responding to their queries and concerns, and providing regular updates on property performance.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in property management, preferably with a focus on luxury residential or commercial properties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands

In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 plus commissions, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced property managers looking to take their career to the next level.
