Project Overview:

NrmjoEnvironmental jobs, NRM is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, strategies, and budgets to achieve our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, strategies, and budgets to achieve sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and maintain robust monitoring systems to track project performance and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting project achievements and addressing challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, sustainability, project management).
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on sustainability and environmental projects.
  • Knowledge and experience in effective techniques for revegetation, native plant and weed identification, and mapping/GIS experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment with Aboriginal or other Indigenous peoples.
  • Demonstrated competence in written and oral communication skills, highly organized with attention to detail, and the ability to use Microsoft Office programs in the preparation of reports.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer an attractive salary package, including a company vehicle, and a 12-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent full-time position. The salary range is $95,000 - $110,000 per annum.
