Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation and AI Product Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Technology Transformation & Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing automation and AI initiatives with cutting-edge technology.

You will facilitate prioritization discussions with senior stakeholders across the business and support the AI Centre of Excellence initiative to align with broader transformation efforts.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal automation and AI-related initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and drive outcomes.
  • Present initiative updates and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Resolve conflicting priorities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Track progress and report on internal initiative status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure initiatives comply with enterprise risk management frameworks.
Required Skills and QualificationsCandidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A true passion for AI and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in technology project and delivery management roles.
  • A high degree of autonomy and influence across the organization.
  • A strong understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and automation.
  • Provide thought leadership on initiative delivery and governance best practices.
