We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in a dynamic and rewarding role.
This position involves delivering person-centered nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized care with a commitment to quality improvement.
The successful candidate will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of nursing care in a multidisciplinary team context.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing supervision and support for less experienced clinicians, promoting effective clinical communication through information technology, written and verbal means, and sound interpersonal skills with a professional manner.
You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality nursing care with leadership and adaptability in care coordination. Recent clinical experience relevant to the position is essential, including evidence of participation in professional development and maintaining competence.
The nurse will be required to prioritize and organize their workload effectively, delivering care with integrity and accountability.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of nursing care in a multidisciplinary team context.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through information technology, written and verbal means, and sound interpersonal skills with a professional manner.
