Job Description:
Transaction Manager - Commercial Transactions Team
As part of our commercial transactions team, you will be mentored by a highly respected industry-leading partner with a talented support team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills as a well-rounded commercial lawyer, working on diverse and intellectually stimulating projects.
- Manage your own files and clients, taking full carriage of complex commercial transactions;
- Collaborate with partners and team members on high-profile projects;
- Provide commercial legal advice on a wide range of issues, including mergers & acquisitions, franchising, commercial contracts, debt recovery/insolvency, leases, loans, mortgages, intellectual property, employment law, construction law, and trade practices/consumer law.
About You
We're looking for a talented lawyer with a growth mindset, who has at least 4 years' experience in commercial transactions. Your ideal qualities include strong research, drafting, negotiation, and client-service skills, as well as a passion for providing expert advice on complex commercial matters.
