This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern and fully accessible community facility, delivering high-quality Learn to Swim and Water Safety Programs to children and adults.

As an Aquatic Services Officer, you will be responsible for teaching swimming and water safety skills to people of all ages, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of swimming techniques and water safety principles, as well as excellent communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, weekday mornings, and evening shifts.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality programs.

We offer a competitive hourly rate and a supportive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or an equivalent industry-recognized qualification
  • CPR certificate (HLTAID)
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • Knowledge of Learn to Swim programs, stroke techniques, and water safety
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends, weekday mornings, and/or evening shifts
