  • Interacting with customers on a daily basis and being the main point of contact for customer presentations requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Running all major sprint ceremonies, including planning, execution, and review, will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Planning on project releases, including lead user acceptance testing with business users and application deployments, will guarantee that the final product meets the client's expectations.
  • Enabling the development team to go to the next level by overseeing infrastructure setup for On-Premise projects will foster growth and improvement within the team.
  • Working with the off-shore team during the development phase will require strong collaboration and leadership skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and networks and operating systems (Windows, Linux) is essential in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
