About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our Ads Infra team at TikTok. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and release cycle of our TikTok Ads platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in and improve the reliability, scalability, and release cycle of TikTok Ads
  • Deliver tools and software to improve the reliability and scalability of services
  • Measure and monitor availability, latency, and overall service health
  • Practice sustainable incident response and postmortems
  • Participate in on-call rotations across continents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
  • Expertise in Linux operating systems, networking, and/or cloud computing, big data, micro-services
  • Experience programming in at least one programming language or script language
  • Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
