About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Employment Services team.

The successful candidate will champion the growth and success of the IEA program by guiding the team in delivering high-quality, tailored case management services that help participants overcome vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment.

  • Drive participant acquisition initiatives
  • E nsure all service delivery aligns with IEA contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Monitor caseload volumes and ensure compliance is being maintained.
  • Negotiate and manage wage subsidies, oversee placement, anchoring and tracking of participants through employment outcomes.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with employers and community stakeholders.
  • Onboard, train and support new staff members.
  • Act as a point of escalation for team concerns and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Lived experience or relevant experience working with people with a disability.
  • Qualifications in employment or disability services are highly regarded.
  • A deep understanding of IEA guidelines, compliance and performance frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strength in problem-solving, conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to manage conflict, influence outcomes and support challenging behaviours.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to engage with diverse communities.
  • A passion for inclusive employment and supporting people with disability.
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Lived experience or relevant experience working with people with a disability.
  • Qualifications in employment or disability services are highly regarded.
