As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be part of a team that fosters a love for learning and creating wonderful learning journeys for the little ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality education programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests, based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs in collaboration with other educators and support staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, engaging them in their child's learning journey.
  • Foster an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment that caters to diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
  • Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
  • Deep understanding of EYLF and NQS, with ability to plan and deliver educational programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
