We're seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join our team in Perth. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you'll oversee remote support activities, manage escalations, optimise support services, promote effective communication between stakeholders, and develop the competencies of our Applications Specialist team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise and allocate resources for applications support requests, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLA timeframes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regular customer engagement.
  • Maintain a repository of information and develop knowledge articles and quick reference guides.
  • Implement systems and processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide specialised training on product use, application, and maintenance.
  • Ensure adequate resources are planned and available for supporting applications, including identifying product specialists, tooling, and training needs.
  • Offer leadership and support to direct reports, including conducting regular performance reviews and promoting continual development and growth.
  • Oversee the quote-to-invoice process, including managing service orders in SAP.

Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues.
  • Previous experience working with Epiroc technology products (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of mining and maintenance related practices and procedures.
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder relation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion to continuously improve yourself, your team, and Epiroc's products.
