We're seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join our team in Perth. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you'll oversee remote support activities, manage escalations, optimise support services, promote effective communication between stakeholders, and develop the competencies of our Applications Specialist team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and allocate resources for applications support requests, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regular customer engagement.
- Maintain a repository of information and develop knowledge articles and quick reference guides.
- Implement systems and processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide specialised training on product use, application, and maintenance.
- Ensure adequate resources are planned and available for supporting applications, including identifying product specialists, tooling, and training needs.
- Offer leadership and support to direct reports, including conducting regular performance reviews and promoting continual development and growth.
- Oversee the quote-to-invoice process, including managing service orders in SAP.
Requirements:
- A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues.
- Previous experience working with Epiroc technology products (advantageous).
- Knowledge of mining and maintenance related practices and procedures.
- A high level of organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer and stakeholder relation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion to continuously improve yourself, your team, and Epiroc's products.
