Planogram Implementation Specialist

Job Overview

The Retail Planogram Merchandiser plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing visually appealing store shelves, ensuring optimal product placement and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute planograms/shelf layouts that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
  • Accurately report tasks and submit high-quality photos through our digital platform

Requirements and Qualifications

  • No prior experience necessary; however, supermarket retail experience is desirable for lead roles
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is vital
  • This is a physically demanding role that requires flexibility and adaptability
