Job Role: Warehouse Operative

Seeking a skilled warehouse operative with a strong work ethic and passion for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Safely operate Counterbalance and/or High Reach equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily targets with precision and efficiency.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods from trucks and containers with care, maintaining high standards of productivity and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize RF scanners and PDA devices for accurate inventory tracking and order management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment that supports operational excellence and employee well-being.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Support general warehouse duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience and valid operating license required.
  • RF Scanning and Technology: Proven ability using RF scanning and PDA technology for efficient inventory management and data analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Collaboration and Independence: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
  • Physical Fitness: Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role.
