Job Title: Melbourne Restaurant Manager & Sommelier

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of traditional and modern beverage pairings, exceptional guest interaction, and the ability to lead beverage training and recommendations with both guests and team members.

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional food & beverage experience that showcases Yamagen's commitment to excellence, authenticity, and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with high-class beverages and delivering exceptional beverage service.
  • Excellent knowledge of wine, sake and whisky.
