Auditor - Security Regulations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an Auditor to join our Training Regulation, Security Licensing & Enforcement Command. The successful candidate will be responsible for regulating security industry training and assessment by conducting audits of Registered Training Organisations approved under the Security Industry Act 1997.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of Registered Training Organisations to ensure compliance with the Security Industry Act 1997;
- Review and assess the training and assessment processes of Registered Training Organisations;
- Identify and address any non-compliance issues;
- Provide guidance and support to Registered Training Organisations to improve their training and assessment processes.
Requirements
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116, TAE40122 or TAE40110 with additional units TAELLN411 – 'Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills' and TAEASS502 – 'Design and develop assessment tools');
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
