The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Personal Care Attendant to join our team at The Sanctuary Retirement Living community. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality daily care and support services for our residents, with a focus on promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective daily personal care, tailored to the resident's needs in line with their current support plans.
  • Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence.
  • Assist residents with tasks including medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties.
  • Support residents with recreational and social activities.
  • Follow all Aveo policies and procedures and report any safety, security and resident incidents.

Requirements

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • Current Police Check clearance.
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date.
