The School Bus Driver is responsible for transporting students to and from school on designated routes, fostering a positive atmosphere, adhering to schedules, and collaborating with colleagues.
Responsibilities- Safely transport students to and from school, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Develop strong relationships with students, promoting a welcoming environment on the bus.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service by maintaining an allocated schedule.
- Coordinate transportation for staff and student excursions and camps in collaboration with colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bus interior, providing a comfortable space for students.
- A genuine person with a passion for working with children and youth.
- A valid driver's licence or willingness to obtain an MR driver's licence with costs covered by the employer.
- An excellent driving record and commitment to passenger safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for timely transportation.
