**Job Description**

The DC Team Member plays a vital role in daily warehouse operations, including picking, unloading, loading, and counting products with a focus on safety, service, cost, and teamwork. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring safe handling of products in accordance with safety and handling induction/training.
  • Complying with all WH&S policies and procedures.
  • Implementing training and processes to minimize incidents/injuries.
  • Receiving and processing stock into the warehouse according to company procedures.
  • Picking stock to designated areas in line with company procedure.
  • Conducting cycle counts.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Licenses for LF & LO essential.
  • Candidates with LF & LO qualifications will be offered a higher base salary to reflect their additional skills and certifications.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong safety focus with knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
