Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled Caregiving Professional to join our part-time team. As a dedicated caregiver, you will deliver high-quality, client-centred home-based care to older Australians.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support clients to live safely at home through evidence-based practice and holistic care.
To Succeed in this Role
  • Strong assessment and care planning expertise.
  • Passion for community care and enabling clients to live independently.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Essential Requirements
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Up-to-date Influenza vaccination.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
  • Australian Driver's Licence (minimum P2).
