About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Oracle Financials Lead to join our team. As an Oracle Financials Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle's modern Cloud applications, working closely with clients and colleagues across various disciplines to deliver world-class solutions.

You will have experience across all Oracle Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Project Accounting. You will also have the ability to run workshops, provide advisory and consulting services, and manage senior customer stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about implementing Oracle's modern Cloud applications and enjoys designing and building solutions that will help our customers optimise their ways of working. You will work well with others and understand that the optimum way of working almost always emerges through exchanging ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Design and functional analysis to ensure that ERP systems meet operational, control, and information requirements with moderate supervision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to coordinate system issues and enhancements across the Oracle environment
  • Analyse, define, and document business needs for the relevant business area in accordance with technical (functional / non-functional) requirements
  • Ability run workshops, provide advisory and consulting and manage senior customer stakeholders
  • Mentor and coach Application Support staff with their duties in support of the delegated support model
  • Need to work from Client location 2-3 days in a week
