The Role

As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) with Coles, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders to their homes safely and efficiently. This involves navigating local neighbourhoods, picking and packing orders, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A commitment to providing great customer experiences
• An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
• The confidence to drive and navigate through busy streets and suburban roads
• Physical stamina to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, additional leave entitlements, and parental leave provisions.
