Premium Fashion Manager Opportunity

 

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead a team of stylists and sales associates in a high-end boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury fashion and exceptional leadership skills.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in luxury or premium women's fashion, strong communication skills to lead, coach, and influence their team, excellent store and personal presentation standards, incredible client relations and styling skills, the ability to drive a positive culture and team environment, a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their impact on the business, and the ability to manage inventory, reports, and wages.

 

This role offers a highly competitive salary, a Tuesday to Saturday roster, and clothing allowance, staff discounts as well as performance-based bonuses, a strong and positive company culture, ongoing training and development.

  • Lead a team of stylists and sales associates to build genuine customer connections and exceed KPI targets.
  • Drive a dynamic and vibrant business with the ability to make strong commercial decisions.

  • Manage inventory, reports, and wages.
