About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary School Classroom Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students from Prep to Year 6 and contributing to the development of a curriculum area or program within the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Participate in activities such as parent/teacher meetings and staff meetings
  • Undertake other classroom teaching-related and organisational duties as determined by the School Principal
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching or equivalent
  • VIT Registration or qualifications required for VIT
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Graduate and experienced teachers welcome to apply
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience with International Baccalaureate/Middle Years Program
  • Experience working in a high-performing environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in the department
  • Experience working with a range of diverse learning needs and additional needs
