We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Foundations team at Atlassian. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive complex projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends to define a long-term strategy and roadmap for Foundations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate the strategy into technical requirements and solutions.
- Streamline the execution of the roadmap and drive adoption of the platform and tools across the company.
- Proactively identify and address inhibitors, issues, or opportunities that impact the success of the team.
- Manage complex, cross-divisional projects and initiatives, ensuring dependencies are met and projects are delivered on time.
- 15+ years of experience in software teams as a TPM, Engineer, Engineering Manager, or PM.
- Proven ability to analyze business priorities, customer needs, and industry trends to articulate a long-term roadmap.
- Experience translating customer and product requirements into technical requirements.
- Strong technical depth and ability to influence architecture or technical design.
- Experience driving projects spanning multiple orgs, including negotiating and reaching agreement with partners and stakeholders.
- Rich experience building large-scale commercial Cloud Services and PaaS.
