Position Overview
As a vital member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members. Your role will involve designing and delivering tailored fitness programs and personal training sessions based on individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and fitness standards and methodologies.
- Provide personal training services to a diverse range of clients.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and possess excellent communication abilities.
- Hold a minimum of Certificate IV in Fitness or a higher qualification.
- Possess current registration with relevant fitness authorities.
- Maintain a valid Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Have a current CPR certification.
- Ensure a valid Working With Children Check is in place.
- Consent to a police background check as part of the hiring process.
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude towards achieving success.
- Be available to work during mornings, evenings, and weekends, with potential for increased hours during peak times.
Previous experience in the fitness industry is highly valued.
