We are seeking a passionate and growth-driven culinary professional to fill the role of Senior Kitchen Team Member.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Chef with food preparation and production for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, banqueting, and buffet service.
Maintaining clean, hygienic, and organized work environments is crucial to ensure efficiency within the kitchen and adherence to HACCP standards.
Key skills include strong desire to achieve high results, creative mindset, previous experience working within a fast-paced kitchen or banqueting environment, and understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
A Food Safety Certificate is essential for this role.
