About The Opportunity
We're seeking a Works Coordinator to ensure service excellence for a large-scale social housing contract. This role involves efficiently coordinating, monitoring, and supporting subcontractor performance to deliver facility management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate updates and commencement dates with customers and service teams.
- Manage works from planning to completion.
- Review work status and monitor project expenditure against budgets.
- Communicate work requirements, plans, and timelines to all staff.
- Ensure timely resolution of delivery issues.
- Champion a safety culture and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance to staff and assist with subcontractor variations validation.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have strong administration experience and ideally coordination of building maintenance or facility management services. You'll possess a 'can-do' attitude, natural ability for people engagement, and a passion for excellent service delivery.
Additionally, you'll demonstrate and possess the following:
- Demonstrated knowledge of building trades/services or facility management is preferred but not required.
- Administration certificate or qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Previous subcontractor scheduling experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
