Marketing Director

Qantas is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of partnership marketing campaigns for the Qantas Business Rewards loyalty program.
This role will drive marketing strategies and planning to support business objectives and be responsible for the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Leadership team, the Qantas Business Rewards Commercial team, and program partners to identify opportunities to drive growth.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience in developing and critically reviewing marketing collateral to determine fit with brand and ensure they are commercially and legally sound
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Partnerships & Financial Services experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in crafting go-to-market launch strategies that assess product, audience, message, channels
- Management of end-to-end through-the-line campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with internal commercial and product stakeholders, and external clients/agencies/partners
- Experience in using email build, website CMS management, and delivery systems
- Experience in dealing with Legal and in understanding and communicating legal and commercial constraints to partners
- Negotiation skills - balancing Loyalty objectives and the member proposition for successful outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise with Qantas management, and senior executive levels of external partners
