This role involves working collaboratively with your team to deliver an engaging and enriching program that fosters children's development and maximizes their potential. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the community.
- Ensuring compliance with daily standards to create a child-safe environment.
- Providing spontaneous play-based learning experiences and building positive behavior guidance strategies.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and observations to inform program planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
- Solid knowledge of and experience implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standard.
- Current Working with Children's Check and National Police Check.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
