About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Country & Outback Health. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the planning, delivery, and evaluation of our Mental Health Shared Care (MHSC), Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), and Integrated Team Care (ITC) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the planning, delivery, reporting, and evaluation of a multidisciplinary program
  • Provide clinical and operational support to MHSC, AOD, and ITC teams
  • Contribute to safe, high-quality evidence-based practice

About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualification suitable for Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Registration or Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, lead, and mentor a team
  • Ability to influence others, including the ability to educate, sponsor, coach, counsel, and lead staff
  • Demonstrated experience working with people with mental illness and demonstrated knowledge of mental health issues and addictive behaviors
