This role is part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where you can make a real difference. You'll work on complex challenges that have a direct impact on people's lives, helping us evolve our business and reach new heights.

As a member of the Candidate Quality team, you'll be working alongside Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Managers to develop machine learning models for candidate quality scoring, leveraging AI to enhance role requirements, selection criteria, and candidate matching.

The successful candidate will contribute to building and testing data transformation pipelines and baseline ML algorithms, assist in framing data-addressable problem statements for candidate–job matching, and collaborate with Engineers and Product Managers to iterate on data products.

You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, including developing models that can effectively identify and highlight relevant skills and qualifications from unstructured text data.

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
