The Reece Group, a leading international company, is offering a School-based Traineeship in Plumbing Mt Gambier. This traineeship is a collaborative effort with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, providing Year 10 students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Embracing Reece Group values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing certificate requirements, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of work and contributing to the overall success of the branch

About You:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Enthusiasm, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong team player with a neat and tidy work ethic

As a School-based Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with the option to take on additional hours during school holidays.
