RSM Australia is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager - Corporate Tax Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate tax team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to clients across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Client Service Teams: Manage RSM's service delivery to clients, ensuring exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Provide Commercial Tax Advice: Offer expert tax advice to clients, identifying and resolving tax issues in conjunction with Partners.
- Advisory Services: Advise clients on M&A transactions, including structuring and conducting tax due diligence.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of case law and legislation to ensure compliance and identify opportunities.
- Review and Compliance: Review income tax returns and provisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Team Development: Manage and develop junior staff members, delivering in-house technical training to the wider team.
- Education: Business/Commerce/Finance degree with Accounting Major, completed CA or equivalent.
- Experience: 5-7 years' experience in tax advisory, with some experience in Professional Services, managing and developing junior team members.
- Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, excellent client service skills.
