**Job Summary:**
As a Warehouse Team Member - E-Bike Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our e-bikes, as well as conducting regular quality assurance checks to ensure they meet our high standards. You will work closely with our workshop team to troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions to improve our operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on e-bikes, including battery charging and diagnostic checks
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to identify and address any issues with e-bikes
- Collaborate with the workshop team to troubleshoot problems and implement improvements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and guidelines in the warehouse and workshop environments
**Requirements:**
- 20 hours minimum per week availability
- Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights, and weekends
- Able to lift, carry, and maneuver 25-28 kg weights
- Some mechanical repair or technical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Comfortable working with technology and power tools
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Aged 16 or older
- Suitable smartphone for performing duties (Apple or Android device from 2019 or newer)
**Salary Estimate:** $45-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range reflects the competitive market rate for similar positions in the industry.
