Test Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Manager to lead our testing programme for a large-scale finance ERP transformation project. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in test management, quality assurance, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy and plan for the transformation programme.
- Lead a team of testers to ensure high-quality testing and delivery of testing outcomes.
- Collaborate with delivery vendors, technology teams, and project staff to manage end-to-end testing.
- Define and build the test team in alignment with the programme plan and test plan.
- Ensure all testing systems, processes, and reporting are in place and managed to deliver test outcomes.
- Proven experience in test management, quality assurance, and programme delivery.
- Strong knowledge of finance ERP systems, including Chart of Accounts and Procure 2 Pay.
- Ability to prepare and maintain relevant testing documentation, including test strategy, test plans, and test summary/exit reports.
- Ability to assess risks to schedule, cost, or quality on project testing activities.
- Proven experience with quality assurance testing, including manual and automation.
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience reporting on testing outcomes at steering committee level.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
