About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our production team in Wetherill Park, NSW. As a CNC Laser Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a CNC Laser cutting machine
  • Ensuring component quality
  • Materials handling
  • Operating a forklift
  • Cleaning of work area and tools
  • Ad hoc tasks as directed by Branch Manager

Previous experience in engineering, fabrication, or laser/plasma cutting is desirable but not essential. We offer training in the operation of machinery and a competitive salary package, including a $1000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply). If you are a reliable, honest, and hardworking individual with a passion for precision, we encourage you to apply.

About the Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a Laser/Plasma operator (desirable but not essential)
  • Has experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hold a current Australian forklift licence
  • Has well-developed computer skills
  • Is available to work in shift environments
  • Is reliable, honest, and hardworking
  • Works well with others in a team environment
