OSH Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OSHC Director to lead our Out of School Hours Care team at Sunrise Christian School. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for our students.

• Develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students
• Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standard (NQA) Guidelines and Working with Children Check requirements
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to promote a positive and inclusive school culture
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

• Minimum Diploma with First Aid qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Understanding of National Quality Standard (NQA) Guidelines and Working with Children Check requirements
