Job Opportunity

Evans Petroleum, a locally owned and operated fuel distributorship, has been servicing retail and wholesale customers in the Gippsland area for over 50 years.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Junior Console Operator at our Mirboo North Petrol & Convenience site.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a team environment, develop their cash handling and stock management skills, and operate point of sale systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills
  • Working in a team environment
  • Being willing to work weekends and evening shifts
  • Being self-motivated
  • Having cash handling skills
  • Handling stock and merchandise
  • Operating point of sale systems
  • Working productively unsupervised
  • Carrying out various housekeeping and cleaning duties, including kitchen and preparation duties while complying with food safety standards

Retail experience would be beneficial, however training will be provided for the successful applicant. Award wages and conditions apply.
