Role Overview

The Business Improvement Coordinator will play a critical role in cultivating a culture of innovation, fostering creative thinking, and enhancing overall operational efficiency within ECU's Communications Centre.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance both student and staff experiences, supporting acquisition, retention, and growth across the business.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of initiatives focused on enhancing student and staff experiences.
  • Analyze performance metrics and assess compliance within the business unit to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and communicate business improvement proposals to a wide audience effectively.
  • Effectively communicate to various stakeholders about change implementation.
  • Deliver training programs focused on creative thinking and continuous improvement to enhance the capabilities of Communications Centre staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with subsequent experience OR equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.
  • Proven experience in business improvement, process analysis, change management and the implementation of best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Benefits

This full-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $92,087 to $99,353 per annum plus 17% superannuation.
