Rural Community Development Specialist

We are seeking experienced senior social workers to join our team and work on contracts in rural and remote Western Australia.
The positions available are in Midwest WA and Pilbara WA, where you will be working with a dedicated team of community social workers in Alcohol and Drug service teams.
This is a Monday to Friday position with standard office hours, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
As part of this role, you will receive flights to contract and home at the end of contract, which will be booked and paid for by us.
Accommodation will be provided, depending on the service location.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality social work services to clients in rural and remote areas of Western Australia.
- To work collaboratively with community social workers in Alcohol and Drug service teams.
- To develop and implement effective strategies to support clients and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in social work, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
