Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fitter and Mechanic to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating production lines and testing facilities in the manufacturing of automotive products.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience as a Fitter or Mechanic, along with excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously.


Key Responsibilities
  • Performing mechanical tasks such as fitting fabricated parts, assembling components, and ensuring quality standards.
  • Operating high-speed manufacturing equipment and assisting with machinery maintenance.
  • Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and project goals.

Requirements
  • MEM30219 Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or AQF Certificate III (with at least two years of on-the-job training) or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3).
  • Qualification and/or 2+ years' experience as a Fitter or Mechanic with relevant Fitter experience.
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements in the workplace.
  • Ability to manage own time and others to meet deadlines and project goals.
