About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic educator to join our team as an OSHC Educator at Holland Park. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of primary school-aged children in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing care for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment that promotes children's well-being and development.
  • Create engaging and inclusive recreational and educational experiences that cater to diverse needs and interests.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families, and to provide high-quality care and education.

Requirements
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
