Job Title: Software Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Software Development Expert to support the growth of our systems and workflows.

About the Role:

  • Performance Optimization: Utilize your expertise in software development to monitor and optimize the performance of existing automated processes, identifying key areas for improvement.
  • Automation Opportunities: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and implement robust solutions to reduce effort and improve process reliability.
  • New Tool Development: Design, build, and test new tools to support future product offerings.
  • Documentation: Ensure all operations tools are well-documented from a technical standpoint.
  • Problem-Solving: Support operations teams in analyzing the root cause of operational issues relating to software engineering solutions.
  • API Integration: Onboard and integrate APIs from data providers, custodians, fund administrators, and other external services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python & SQL with an understanding of data-driven solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding answers to new questions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and stakeholder expectations.
